Reservations
Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge until 72 hours before arrival. The Residence and harvest weekends (late August to October) require 7 days' notice. Advance purchase rates are non-refundable but can be moved to new dates once.
We have a two-night minimum on Friday and Saturday nights from April through November, and a three-night minimum on holiday weekends. Midweek stays can be a single night.
No. There are no resort or amenity fees. The rate you see includes Wi-Fi, parking, bikes, the pool and afternoon coffee. Local occupancy tax of 13% is added at checkout.
Yes. Gift certificates can be used for rooms, dining, experiences or spa treatments. Call reservations at (707) 555-0155 and we'll mail or email one the same day.
Arrival & departure
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out until 1:00 pm are $45 each when available, and complimentary on some packages.
Free self-parking is available on site, including four EV charging stations. Valet is not needed; it's a short walk from the lot to every room.
Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport (STS) is 45 minutes away. San Francisco (SFO) and Oakland (OAK) are about 75 minutes without traffic. Our concierge can arrange a car from any of them.
Yes, we'll store bags before check-in and after check-out at no charge, and you're welcome to use the pool changing rooms.
Rooms & amenities
We have three accessible rooms: two Vineyard Kings with roll-in showers and one Garden Terrace room with a transfer tub. All public spaces are step-free. Call us to confirm features before booking.
Yes. The saltwater pool is heated to 82°F from March through November and open daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. It's adults-only after 6:00 pm.
Dogs under 50 lb are welcome in the Orchard Cottages for $95 per stay. We provide a bed, bowls, treats and a list of dog-friendly wineries.
Yes. Children are welcome in the Garden Terrace rooms, Junior Suites and The Residence. Cribs are free, and rollaway beds are $40 per night.
Dining & experiences
Breakfast is included on Bed & Breakfast rates and all packages. Otherwise it's $32 per guest at Alder Table.
At least 5 days ahead for our Private Winery Tour, and 3 weeks ahead during harvest. Our concierge begins booking as soon as your reservation is confirmed.
Yes. Day visitors can book the Cellar Door Tasting, cooking classes and blending workshops when seats are available. Hotel guests receive priority.
