Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Reservations and deposits
Reservations are confirmed once a valid payment card is provided. Advance purchase rates are charged in full at booking. Flexible rates are charged the first night at confirmation and the balance at check-out.
- Flexible rates may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
- The Residence and stays falling on harvest weekends (late August to October) require 7 days' notice.
- Advance purchase rates are non-refundable but may be moved to new dates once, subject to availability.
- No-shows are charged the full reservation amount.
Rates shown on this website
All nightly rates, package prices and experience prices shown on this demo website are sample figures for illustration only. Final rates depend on dates, availability and occupancy, and exclude the 13% transient occupancy tax.
House rules
Guests must be 21 or older to reserve a room. All rooms are non-smoking; a $350 cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Wine tastings and alcohol service are for guests aged 21 and over only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA.
